Offering high-end amenities in a small package, Little Tahoma Peak is a tiny house that should definitely be on your buying checklist this year. Designed by Silverton-based Tiny Mountain Houses, the micro dwelling measures 18 feet in length and offers nearly 220 square feet of living space.
While most of us would be confused about how to accommodate a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room in such a small space, Tiny Mountain Houses took this as a challenge and elegantly accommodated every room without much hassle.
In case you plan to tour this house, you’d enter the home via a side entry that leads to the open living area. Featuring a sofa facing a breakfast bar, the living room is simple yet elegant. I can also spot a television right above the snack bars which I assume comes as an add-on with basic amenities. The entire tiny house is light-filler courtesy of windows that allow light to plunge inside.
Adjacent is the kitchen on the end wall of the home. Featuring extended-height overhead cabinets and base cabinets with drawers, there is plenty of space available for storage. Just like any other tiny house kitchen, Little Tahoma Peak’s kitchen also has a 36-inch tall countertop with a white subway tile backsplash.
Not to mention, a 24-inch long and 8-inch deep stainless steel sink that is ideal for washing hands and utensils. Providing sink the company is the Satin nickel single lever faucet featuring a gooseneck pullout style. Setting big standards for tiny living, the Silverton-based tiny house manufacturers have also added a refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop to the kitchen.
