We have seen plenty of tiny houses on wheels by now. Different tiny house manufacturers have a certain trademark to their build, which sets them apart from their competitors. Some of these prominent tiny house manufacturer, have introduced a loft bedroom, mini-office, or loft living room to their tiny dwelling while others have focused on playing with aspects like the atrium bathroom and adding a kitchen to the loft section. MitchCraft Tiny Homes wanted to do something different, so it added a cozy balcony into its latest model.
Dubbed, ‘Lisa’s 30 x 10 Tiny Home’ (or Lisa I’d call it rather), the tiny house measures 30 x 10 feet, which is very well evident from its name. It is a little longer and wider than most tiny houses and would actually require a permit if someone wants to tow it in the US. However, it’s not the size that’s the major talking point of the rustic tiny house, it’s rather a cozy balcony and the spacious interior that makes the beautiful tiny house elevate into a dazzling dwelling on wheels.
Packed inside the stunning mobile habitat are two bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, a bathroom, and a small balcony. Poised on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny house boasts a rustic appearance that left me swayed. So much so, that I’d like to buy this particular model or at least talk to the manufacturers if I don’t end up owning one.
Returning to the basic essentials of the house, the tiny house features a window next to the door that paves the way inside. The porthole window blends so gorgeously with the classy exterior finish that it creates hobbit home vibes. Other than the porthole-style window, there is another glazing that allows sunlight to kiss the interior of the tiny home. Similar to the exterior, the interior décor is also filled with numerous wooden and stone elements that add aesthetic to the tiny home.
The main floor area of the tiny house features a living room equipped with a sofa facing the circular window. There is an electric fireplace, and a custom wall-mounted wooden cabinet featuring a drop-down table, that can be used when required.
The kitchen lies adjacent to the living room and has all the amenities of a traditional home. There is a four-burner propane-powered stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink, and other essentials. The bathroom lies next to the kitchen and includes a toilet, a separate washer and dryer, and a shower.
The main floor area also features one of the two bedrooms of the tiny house and can be accessed via a sliding door near the living room. The bedroom area also houses a home office, so if you are a workaholic like me, you’ve got yourself covered.

A storage-integrated staircase leads you to the loft bedroom with a low ceiling. However, this is where the magic happens as its door opens onto the balcony. The balcony is comparatively smaller than any traditional house would have but is spacious enough for you and your partner to snuggle up.
