CES has ended, but LG Electronics still hopes to get some traction in the flow. LG launched AeroCatTower at CES, which combines a cat perch and an air purifying unit. Going a step forward, the company has unveiled its new PuriCare AeroBooster air cleaning solution for homes. The main idea is to create a stylish appliance that cleans the air and fits into the modern interior seamlessly.
The LG PuriCare AeroBooster utilizes the advanced Aero Series V Filter to draw in pollutants from every direction. It can effectively reduce dust, odors, viruses, and bacteria for a fresher environment inside. It comes with Dual Airflow and Clean Booster features that offer wider, more efficient air circulation and help reduce large dust particles in indoor spaces.
Once the air is purified, it is circulated into the space with vents at the top and bottom of the device. The purified air can reach a distance of up to five and a half meters in the room. The AeroBooster also integrates LG’s UVnano technology that removes 99.99 percent of harmful bacteria from the fan’s surfaces. There is also a built-in Ionizer that adds another layer of protection by neutralizing harmful airborne substances.
The AeroBooster sports a vertical design that will require little floor space and make the room feel less cluttered or crowded. Apart from the slim form factor, LG’s new PuriCare solution comes in an understated matte finish and has a unique air outlet. Furthermore, it has customizable mood lighting to create the desired ambiance and an LED display to control the device.

The LG AeroBooster air purifier keeps up with the ongoing AI trend and comes with an AI+ Mode to save energy efficiently. LG says, the AI+ mode reduces the device’s energy consumption by over 49 percent compared to Smart+ Mode, which serves as the default mode of operation. There is also a Sleep Mode, where the AeroBooster runs at an ultra-quiet 21 dB noise level to ensure a tranquil environment for sleeping. Additionally, the user can also employ the LG ThinQ mobile app to remotely monitor and control the air purifier from any location.
The LG PuriCare AeroBooster will first be available in Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore this month, with more countries to follow soon.
