Finished in LP siding and metal roofing, the Lexington tiny house by Incredible Tiny Homes caught my eye this morning. From inside, it looks like a regular tiny house with a loft, kitchen and bathroom, all packed inside the 24 feet model, but it’s the exterior that is magnificently beautiful, courtesy of a double dormer. The Tennessee-based company has used ‘Close Cell Polyurethane Spray Foam’ to keep the home insulated, while the vinyl flooring provides durability and a good appearance to the interior.
The tiny house as visible in the pictures features an open floor plan. There is space for a living room on one end of the house and the buyer can easily accommodate a sofa and table there. The compact dwelling is light-filled thanks to large windows allowing light to penetrate inside.
Facing the living room is the kitchen of the tiny house. It’s simple in appearance and accoutered with every necessary essential from appliances to accessories. Cabinets below the countertop provide decent storage to the user, while a farmhouse-style kitchen sink with a faucet can be utilized for dishwashing.

On the other end of the tiny house are hidden stairs leading to the loft. Compact yet spacious, the loft can accommodate two people with ease. As aforementioned, the double dormers add charm to the micro-dwelling, while the trim around the windows looks lovely as well.
The tiny house also features a bathroom accessible via a sliding barn door. It includes a standard residential elongated toilet alongside a shower and vanity. Priced at $80k, the Lexington tiny house can be availed at the company’s official website.
