As evident by the name, the LEFU Smart Scale is meant for reading weight. But that’s not all. The scale offers a detailed report of a person’s health via a range of metrics. As per the company, “LEFU is a next-level 8-electrode scale that can measure 58 different body data points.”
Once you step on the device, it measures a variety of body composition metrics and gives you real-time updates on body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat, and more. The company states, “Unlike traditional scales, LEFU utilizes dual-frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology to achieve professional-grade precision typically found in expensive equipment used in medical or fitness centers.”
In addition to providing feedback on body weight, muscle mass, and bone mass, the scale calculates the circumference of eight different body parts; including the neck, chest, waist, hips, and thighs, allowing users to track changes over time. Following the scan, LEFU also generates a health score based on the data, providing a more detailed understanding of a person’s fitness progress.
The score is showcased on LEFU’s easy-to-read display and recorded on the accompanying application ‘Unique Health’, available for both iOS and Android devices. The app also provides personalized diet and exercise recommendations based on individual metrics, helping users make informed decisions about their fitness routines. It supports multiple profiles and offers 23 language options and voice guidance, ensuring accessibility to users worldwide.

Despite its powerful capabilities, the LEFU Smart Scale is designed to be both compact and sleek. Weighing just 5.1 pounds and measuring 30mm thick, the scale easily fits into most bathroom spaces without taking up unnecessary room. The smart scale is currently being crowdfunded on Kickstarter and can be reserved for $69 as part of the company’s super early bird deal. Post the campaign, the product can be availed at $89.
