What do you want a tiny house to be? Functional, aesthetic, and spacious, right? On top of that, if it offers off-grid features, that’s the cherry on the cake. Latibule tiny house by Modern Tiny Living checkmarks all these requirements and serve as the perfect getaway home for outdoor lovers. Apart from being your getaway haven, it impresses with its gorgeous interior and leaves you in awe with its practical functionalities.
Measuring 20 feet long, the custom tiny house flaunts an exterior siding made of pine, while a steel roof shelters you from pets and bad weather conditions. The interior on the other hand is finished in luxury vinyl plank (LVP) while ‘Shiplap walls’ add aesthetics to the space. The tiny house is fully off-the-grid and relies on an 11,000 BTU Propane Heater for heat/AC requirements, while four solar panels capping the roof (placed in front in pictures) convert sunlight into electrical energy.
A custom-built glass garage door welcomes you inside the dwelling that features a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a sleeping loft. Unlike other tiny homes from Modern Tiny Living, the social area is neither an elevated platform nor accoutered with storage-friendly sofas. I can however spot two chairs that can seat any unexpected guests. Then there is a kitchen that features a custom reclaimed wood desk with eight drawers. Though it functions as a typical breakfast bar, the section can be utilized as a work desk too.
