Danish textile company Kvadrat is well known for its high-quality designer textiles. Expanding its business, the company has lately launched a new subsidiary named Kvadrat Shade in collaboration with global window coverings specialist Coulisse. The first Kvadrat Shade collection has roller window blinds designed by renowned French designer brothers Ronan and Rrwan Bourouollec.
Christian Baum Blaakær, Managing Director Kvadrat Shade, informs,
With Kvadrat Shade we are adding a new dimension to the Kvadrat offering for architects and designers all over the world. The design roller blinds we bring with Kvadrat Shade are suitable for creating the ideal solution for even the largest and most challenging projects. In Coulisse we have a partner with the knowledge and experience required to configurate the best window covering solution for each project.
These roller window blinds are composed of an anodized aluminum frame with textiles of different qualities that provide accurate shade for different situations. You can choose the textile according to your home décor, which means no more plain black window shades. Moreover, all the textiles are PVC-free and safe for use.
Kvadrat’s window shade is designed with the idea of enhancing visual, acoustic, and thermal comfort of windows. The roller blind collection can be operated either manually or a motorized option is also available.
