Meaning colossus or gigantic, the Kolos B tiny house is Polish builder Mobi House’s one of the two XL mobile homes. Never has the manufacturer explored the downsizing in a big package but the Kolos A and Kolos B are embracing the minimalistic lifestyle in an opulent layout. The tiny house on wheels is perfect for living full-time as it packs everything needed for a comfortable life.
The Kolos B measures 31-foot-long and offers 377 square feet of living space that packs a kitchen with a dining area in the center of the house, a living room at one end, a bathroom, a ground-floor bedroom, and a loft bedroom with an office area.
While it does add a flavor of awe, it’s not the size of the tiny home that snags attention. Instead, its aesthetic, layout, and amenities lure you in with an abundance of wood accents highlighted by black trimmings and white furniture with handles, and surely the ability to sleep six people.
The French doors open into the L-shaped kitchen. It has wooden countertops, integrated cooktop, ventilation hood, oven, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets with underlights. The kitchen also fits a round dining table to seat four to six people.
On the left side of the kitchen is a luxurious living room with three tall casement windows. The living area has movable wooden slats separating it from the cooking station. It has a U-shaped convertible couch, a coffee table, an entertainment unit with a wall-mounted television facing the couch, and a wood-fired fireplace with wooden accent wall behind it. A removable ladder hangs next to the fireplace and allows access to the loft bedroom.

Accessible from the kitchen, the loft bedroom sits above the bathroom and bedroom. It has two windows and a skylight. It fits a queen-size mattress on a small platform to sleep two, an open bookcase creating a divider between the sleeping and working stations. A wall-to-wall wooden table is installed in the office area under the skylight. It has a sunken space to dangle the feet while working. A long storage area is concealed behind sliding doors.
Underneath the loft, a huge bathroom is located down the hall from the kitchen. It has a bathtub with shower screen, a vanity sink, a toilet, mirrored medicine cabinet, and cabinets. Past the bathroom, a ground-floor bedroom is designed at the end of the house. It has a queen-size bed flanked by two nightstands, and two overhead cabinets.
Usually the Mobi houses are priced between $41,000 and $98,000. But considering the large size and the exquisite interior of Kolos B tiny house, the price for the unit may exceed the $100,000 mark.
