There are a variety of rugged caravans available on the market but Australian Kimberley Kampers has enticing options for those who want to enjoy comfortable off-road experiences. Case in point, Kimberley Kampers Karavan Classic, an impressive single-axle pop-up trailer that packs a number of features in a small form factor to ensure ease of living while out to the campground.
What makes the Karavan Classic different is its compact, foldable design. It can fold up for transport mode, wherein the trailer measures just over 17 feet long and roughly six feet wide. It is constructed of lightweight material and weighs approximately 3,700 pounds (1,680 kilograms), making it towable by an SUV or a mid-sized truck. Its raised suspension and off-road capability further making it capable of off-grid adventures.
Kimberley Kampers offers different options for its caravan interiors. It can include a full bathroom with a toilet and shower, heat and air conditioning, kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and induction cooktop, and a massive outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink.
The Classic caravan holds up to 41.8 gallons (190 liters) of water, onboard lithium batteries and an option for solar power to make it a complete off-grid compatible travel trailer. Depending on the configuration, the Karavan can sleep up to eight people.
