One thing that I particularly like about Australian-based tiny house manufacturers is their great understanding of space. Contrary to many European and North American models, Australian tiny houses are larger in size and offer plenty of room. Though Canadian and American tiny houses are massive in structure too, their makers often incorporate the space with furnishing and other storage-friendly sections. Australian micro-dwelling manufacturers, on the other side, make the space minimalist and Jabiru Tiny House is a classic example of it.
Designed by Iconic Tiny Homes, the 33 feet long dwelling is finished in Colorbond steel and weathergroove smooth wall cladding while the steel roofing caps the Oak timber laminate flooring. Aluminium low E-Glass doors and windows with fly screens keep the interior bright and airy, and the Earthwool R-2.5 sound shield insulation maintains an optimal temperature inside.
The Jabiru Tiny House has two lofts, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room features a large L-shaped sofa facing a television. It is encompassed by large glazing from two sides which keeps the room illuminated all the time. Adjacent is the kitchen which is accoutered with white cabinetry to stock items while the American oak timber bench top functions as a dining space.
Other features include a two-burner induction hot plate and a standard chrome faucet. Not to mention, a dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator, and electric oven that allows users to live comfortably. Close to the kitchen is the bathroom area. It includes a full-size walk-in shower, wall-hung vanity, and a toilet.

Finally, we have the dual lofts functioning as bedrooms. It is not mentioned how one accesses the loft section but I assume there would be a storage-integrated staircase somewhere or at least a ladder.
Sleeping four people in its commodious interior, the tiny house is a combination of simplicity and functionality. Having said that, the tiny house can be all yours provided you are willing to spend (AUD $190,000) US $1,30,632.
