The tiny houses are not only meant for downsized lifestyle but they also have a great potential in making affordable housing possible. There are a plethora of tiny house makers around the globe – from the likes of Baluchon and Escape to Tiny Heirloom and Minimaliste – that make good quality tiny houses but each of these comes for a price.
Tennessee-based Incredible Tiny Homes has gone against the grain and introduced Incredibox, one of the most affordable tiny houses in recent times. It is an 8×16 tiny house on wheels that is reasonably priced at $20k.
Incredibox is touted as the world’s first tiny house made on the assembly line. Made from engineered steel panels, this pre-built tiny home is delivered in semi-furnished condition. The buyer can freely choose the paint color and furnish the living space as per taste and needs. However, the tiny house comes with pre-fitted electrical wiring and lights.
