Measuring 34 feet long and 10 feet wide, the Grand Gable tiny house exudes luxury inside out. Designed by Vancouver-based firm Style & Grace Homes, the tiny dwelling swanks a heavy-duty exterior that mainly comprises of metal roof and cedar siding on the front and back. What however adds charm to the exterior is the expansive windows and sliding glass door that allow light and air to penetrate inside the home.
The gorgeous dwelling is built on a triple-axle trailer, hence making it relatively easy to tow. Aside from the picturesque windows and sliding doors, other key highlights of the home are its two bedrooms, spacious living room, and gorgeous bathroom. Visitors enter directly into the living room of the house. Located in the epicenter of the house, the living area is so roomy that it can accommodate an eight feet sofa and a comfy chair. Here you can sit and enjoy the view outside your sliding doors.
Adjacent is the U-shaped kitchen of the home. It’s bright and functional, courtesy of expansive windows, and cedar wood countertops coated with a natural finish that compliments the soothing wheat tones throughout the house. The kitchen is also accoutered with a farmhouse sink, and a whimsical mint green retro fridge alongside a range of items and appliances that make the space best suited for living. The sparkly green river table next to the cooktop is a feast for the eyes, while an array of cabinets makes the kitchen storage-friendly. River tables are still a rarity in tiny homes but Style & Grace Homes decided to add both charm and functionality to the interior, by placing a river table in the kitchen that doubles as a dining space.
Taking the sleeping area into consideration, the two bedrooms sleep four people combined. One of the bedrooms located in the main-floor area has a double bed and custom-built storage closet. Other than keeping clothing essentials, the makers used the closet space to tuck the heat pump and washer/dryer combo. “This house will keep warm and cozy with an 18,000btu split heat pump. It is on its way to being able to go off-grid, with a solar fridge and propane stove, and the possible addition of a wood stove,” informs the company.
The second bedroom is positioned in the loft section. It boasts great architectural features, from the likes of vented skylights and the plant garden that makes the loft look even more gorgeous. Cozy and functional, the loft bedroom feels like a warm cocoon that you never want to leave. The loft lies above the bathroom of the tiny house and can be accessed via a storage-integrated staircase.
Speaking of the bathroom, it comes adorned with a patterned hexagon tiled floor and an open-concept cedar vanity. The vanity incorporates a copper vessel sink and black faucet. The bathroom also features an iron claw foot tub, a toilet, and plenty of storage options. Not to mention, a round mirror that adds to the aesthetic of the bathroom.

The Grand Gable tiny house also features a mudroom galley that is equipped with a bench to seat people. I can also spot a number of hooks attached to the wall. These hooks come in handy to hang your coats and other items. The space even doubles as a storage room for stowing outdoor gear as well.
