Georgia-based tiny home builder, Dragon Tiny Homes created a new tiny house on wheels with a dreamy layout in its petite 16-foot-long form. Marrying luxury and mobility, the Genesis tiny house packs a kitchen, cozy living room, loft bedroom, and a compact bathroom in its idyllic interior. This micro-dwelling is perfect for solo travelers, writers, or artists to use as a permanent residence, backyard studio, or even a vacation rental.
Boasting a gorgeous white exterior, the inside of the Genesis tiny house features a harmonious merger of luxury and functionality. The interior is bright and light-filled thanks to a gaggle of big windows. It boasts Allura cement board siding with real wood shiplap walls complemented by luxury vinyl plank floors.
The front glass door opens into the cozy living room that has a chair, side table, and space for a couple of stools and plants. You can also put a couch bed to sleep on. A traditional ladder is secured in the living room, which leads to the queen-size loft.
On the other side of the door is the compact, modern kitchen. It comes with sleek quartz countertops, gray cabinets, a two-burner induction cooktop, a stainless sink, and black fixtures. A small storage space sits opposite the kitchen where you can store shoes, clothes, cooking appliances, and numerous other things.

A bathroom is tucked neatly behind a sliding barn door. The bathroom has a shower and a standard flush toilet. Unfortunately, there is no vanity sink. The house also has a mini-split heater, air conditioning unit, and propane instant water heater.
Priced at $45,000, the Genesis tiny house is a dreamy home for young adults starting out, or a young couple who loves to travel.
