Polish builder Mobi House has a myriad of unique mobile tiny houses that cater to a vast clientele, each with a vivacious signature look that often beckons to the color palette used throughout the dwelling. The Forsythia tiny house is a proud member of this assemblage and features a calming pastel green, which the builder describes as Pistachio green. The Forsythia tiny house on wheels is a single-lofted home for two and comes in a minimalistic layout.
Measuring 19.6-foot-long, 8.2-foot-wide, and 11.4-foot-high, the micro-dwelling is built on a double-axle trailer and thus is highly transportable. It is not too big, nor too small, making it an ideal living solution for a small family or a travel-loving couple. In addition, the compact house is outfitted with off-grid features, including a solar panel-clad roof, gray water tank, freshwater tank, and compositing toilet. An inverter/charger is also included in the exterior hutch at the rear of the house.
The pastel green exterior is made of Scandinavian spruce board and batten. Inside the house, white shiplap walls keep the space bright and cozy. The Forsythia tiny house has a single glass door opening into the living room, where a gray sofa with storage drawers underneath is placed against a big window. A pivoting table is a nice addition and allows you to work and dine at the same table, reducing the need for extra furniture.

A foldable ladder hangs above the living room. The ladder offers easy access to the loft bedroom located above the bathroom. The bedroom fits a king-size mattress in an area cordoned off with a railing.
A compact kitchen is designed next to the living space. It features a wooden countertop, a range hood, a stainless steel sink, a two-burner electric cooktop, a mini fridge tucked under the counter, and plenty of storage drawers and cabinets. An overhead shelf and cabinet offer more storage for cooking essentials.

Three closets are installed past the kitchen, which can be used to neatly organize clothes and bedding, and even stack a washer/dryer unit. The bathroom is tucked behind a mint green pocket door. It has a shower, a composting toilet, a vanity sink, and a wall-mounted shelving unit to stack toiletries.
The off-grid Forsythia tiny house is priced somewhere between €38,000 and €90,000 (roughly $41,200 and $97,700). Unfortunately, the delivery is limited to European countries for now. But we hope that Mobi soon begins to ship them worldwide.
