Movable Roots Tiny Homes’ construction philosophy is different and unusual. They are not one of those manufacturers who would design a model and sell iterations of it. The Florida-based tiny house company rather designs only custom tiny homes on wheels and Park Model RVs for full-time living. However, at the request of a client, who particularly likes their Ward tiny home, they had to break some principles and do some minor tweaks to the core shell of Ward to give rise to Farina tiny house on wheels.
“Our eagle-eyed clients spotted the Ward and knew it was the one for them. With just a few minor tweaks to our custom Ward home, we got the ball rolling and created the brand-new, beautiful Farina on wheels,” mentions the company. Measuring 28 feet long, the Farina tiny house is comparatively smaller than most micro dwellings designed by Movable Roots. However, the curtailed size doesn’t imply it’s retrenched on features as well.
The tiny house boasts an array of features including a multifunctional living room, a loft bedroom, and a generous kitchen. Built on a triple-axle trailer, it is outfitted with a number of windows that allow air and light to enter the interior. Upon entering, you’ll be graced by a spacious living room that is equipped with an orange couch/sofa. What’s intriguing is the fact that a sofa can turn into a full-size bed and sleep a couple in a breeze. The living room also features a wall-mounted television that will keep you entertained even on the dullest of days.
Adjacent is the kitchen. It is furnished with a countertop that doubles as a dining table, with two chairs placed near it. The countertop incorporates a sink with a faucet and a cooktop. Other features include a refrigerator and an oven. Not to mention, a decent amount of cabinets and shelves that the kitchen comes equipped with for housing groceries and utensils.

A small gallery leads to the study room and the bathroom of the tiny house. Featuring a desk and a chair, the tiny house offers a designated space for your kids to study. This particular space can be utilized as a home office too. Finally, we have the bathroom that packs a shower glass door, toilet, and a vanity.
If you are pondering where the washer/dryer is, Movable Roots has concealed it inside a storage-integrated staircase, which leads to the loft bedroom of the tiny house. Equipped with a double mattress, the loft bedroom also sleeps a couple of folks and features a gaggle of windows to allow light to keep the space bright and airy.
