Etowah is a single-level model boasting a clean Scandinavian design that is dotted with unique details all around. Despite its compact layout, the open floor plan makes the house feel spacious. Measuring 10′ W x 32′ L x 14′ H, the tiny house is a heavy-duty, custom-built trailer with a triple axle.
The exterior features LP SmartSide painted lap siding or board and batten siding and trim in custom colors. The tuff-rib metal roof and ZIP system water-resistant structural panels are equipped to weather harsh elements. The V-joint ceilings allow for plenty of headroom, in case you need to add a loft to the house. Pre-finished hardwood floors provide a cozy interior that contrasts well with white panel walls.

The front door opens into the full kitchen. The area has a 2-burner electric cooktop, ¾ size fridge, a combo washer/dryer hookup, open upper shelving, butcher block counter with drop-in stainless or composite sink. A spacious living room with large, wall-size windows on both sides – allowing natural light to pour inside – is located on the left side of the door. A convertible couch can be placed in the living area to include additional sleeping space.
The wood accent in the bedroom, with bump-out and concrete pendant lights, the mini wood stove, the square steel brackets for open shelves in the kitchen, the floating bathroom vanity, and large windows add a certain eclectic charm. The main floor bedroom is past the living room and is hidden from view behind a swing or pocket door. It features a king-size bed and two side tables.

Wind River Tiny Homes also provides the option for an additional sleeping loft with ladder access over the main floor bedroom or the bathroom area. The bathroom is concealed behind a pocket door past the kitchen. It is equipped with a full-size shower, vanity with a drop-in sink, and a round-bowl gravity flush toilet.
The Etowah tiny house comes with a 50 amp RV hookup for electrical service, a water system, a freshwater hose inlet and onboard shut-off valve and pressure reducer, a propane system, and a hot water heater to take care of energy requirements. It also has a ductless mini split A/C and heat pump.
