There are many reports circulating in the market that we are hurtling towards a recession. Considering the rising housing prices and rentals in the USA, shifting to tiny house on wheels seems to be an appropriate solution to deal with the difficult time. A tiny house not just lets you embrace a minimalist lifestyle but is also cheaper than traditional homes. With this thought in mind today we glue our eyes to Espresso tiny home by Modern Tiny Living.
Sure, ESCAPE Homes and Tru Form Tiny are cementing their legacy in tiny house building in the United States but Modern Tiny Living has already established itself as the big daddy of the tiny house business. The Ohio-based custom tiny-house builder has built a number of tiny dwellings and earned a penchant for incorporating storage spaces cleverly. Their recent creation Espresso is no different yet poles apart when it comes to minute detailing.
This tiny house is built on the Mohican platform by Modern Tiny Living. The bold and daring tiny house on wheels is 20-ft long and packs a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a spacious loft. Lightweight and functional, the tiny house features all the necessities of a getaway living and is absolute gem of a dwelling.
Sitting on a double-axle trailer, Espresso boasts black exterior with beautiful wood accents. Complementing the stunning design is the luxury vinyl plank flooring and steel roof that add charm to the house. There are multiple windows which allow natural light to grace the interior.
As soon as you step your foot inside the tiny dwelling, you are welcomed by a large couch in the living area that can be converted into a bed for two. The living area also includes a cabinet and two floating shelves for housing multiple accessories. In addition, there is a small folding table adjacent to the couch that can be used as a dining table or a desk.
Opposite to the table is a staircase leading to the loft area. The stairs features a number of cubbyholes that serve as small compartments to store various items. A little ahead to the staircase is a cabinet with open shelves that hides a large closet where one can place clothes. Well, moving upwards, the loft area serves as the master bedroom which the tiny house makers have tried to keep as minimal as possible.
