Pet parents working from home often find it difficult to manage their work tasks while dealing with a clawing pet demanding their attention. Ergo Purrch desk-mounted cat bed is designed for such pet parents so they can focus on work and keep their feline in close proximity without having them jumping on the keyboard. Designed by Canada-based Ziggy Lisowski, it not only creates a distraction-free workspace for you but deepens the bond with furry friends as well. The designer is a cat father himself and is aware of the hitch, which is why he designed this functional cat bed.
Born out of necessity and love, each unit of Ergo Purrch is crafted from various pieces of FSC-certified sustainable wood, ensuring longevity, eco-friendliness, and uniqueness. The mounting plate offers fine stability allowing you to mount this cat bed onto a ledge, kitchen counter, or your desk for the pet’s leisure.
For better support and strength, it is engineered with an arm capacity of 79 kilograms (176 lbs.), and accommodates pets up to 20 kilograms (44 lbs.). Moreover, the arm rotates 360 degree, allowing you to rotate it to your cats liking.
It comes in easy-to-assemble parts. After assembly, attach it to any sturdy surface, tighten the dials, secure the bed, and your cat’s throne is ready. There are no tools required, except for the included Allen keys.

The arm or attaching pole of the Ergo Purrch cat bed comes in matte white or black color. The bed, on the other hand, is available in handcrafted pine or beech hardwood, or a handwoven basket style. Notably, the pillows are only included with the hand-woven bed, not with the wooden one so you need to one separately.
The Ergo Purrch desk-mounted cat bed is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter. The early birds can get it at a price tag of $169 for the hand-woven bed and $180 for beech wood or pine wood.
