The dummies or mannequins are generally used at garment stores to display clothes, jewelry and other accessories. But, Kuwaiti designer Al Hamed has come up with a unique idea to make use of mannequins to create wonderful yet creepy floor-standing lamps. Dubbed ‘Embarakiya,’ these life-sized mannequin floor lamps are great to decorate your home on Halloween. Your guests would be surprised to see human lamps.
The mannequin floor lamps wear a traditional Kuwaiti dress and uses a headdress fabric lampshade as head, which gives a horrific look. There is a built-in touch sensor in one of the hands of each lamp with three dimmer settings. As soon as you shake hands with the mannequin, the lamp turns on. In addition, the men floor lamp also includes a speaker.
