British tech firm Elvie known for women’s health products, launched a baby bouncer at CES 2025, dubbed Elvie Rise. It is a baby bouncer that smoothly transforms into a cozy bassinet without having to move the baby inside. A built-in harness automatically retracts when it moves from bouncer to bassinet.
The Elvie Rise is hybrid baby furniture that gently comforts babies with a natural motion, mimicking a mother’s tender cradling. When in bounce mode, its SoothLoop technology records and replicates the bounce recorded by parents. It mirrors the rocking motion of a mother before transforming into a bassinet at nap time.
Caregivers can adjust the rocking motion of the Rise’s bounce by manually moving it. The Rise moves in that tempo, remembering the preferred setting for the future. There are endless rocking possibilities, from slowest and fastest to smallest and biggest.
Rise connects with an app that allows parents to track their baby’s sleep patterns when the baby is sleeping soundly in the bassinet. According to Alex Knof, chief product officer at Elvie, the Rise has gone through 13 rounds of testing, including trials with real parents and babies. It is designed to give mothers extra freedom and time to relax and rejuvenate while knowing their babies are safe and sound.

Providing the comforts of a mother’s lap, this cutting-edge baby furniture operates quietly without any mechanical sound to disturb their sleep. Other than this, the device is cordless and battery-operated, meaning you can effortlessly move it around the house to keep an eye on your baby while doing your chores. A full charge will give up to four hours of bouncing, depending on your baby’s size and rocking tempo.
The Elvie Rise is created for babies but it is a blessing in disguise for mums, who can have more time for themselves. The baby rocker and cradle is available for preorder at $800.
