Now, the reports are suggesting that Downtown Dubai is all set to invest in another conversational building in the shape of a ‘Moon.’ Dubbed Moon Dubai, the new project by Canadian architectural company Moon World Resorts Inc. will be a massive 735-foot-high complex that will cost a whopping $5 billion to build.
Moon Resort to Boost UAE’s Economy
Besides adding celestial touch to this already gleaming city, the Moon Dubai aims to be more like a relaxing space for the filthy rich. The founders of Moon World Resorts, Michael R. Henderson and Sandra G. Matthews mention this project is likely to add up to UAE’s economy. It is because this will be the most profitable tourism project in the whole MENA (the Middle East and North Africa) region.
Guests Can Enjoy Luxe Facilities in This Celestial Resort
The company claims the luxurious resort can easily accommodate up to 10 million visitors every year. This property will have 144 private residences and 4,000 luxury suites. Each room will be integrated with cutting-edge technology, an advanced air purification system, and a water purifier. Furthermore, the “Windows to the Universe” will enable the guests to simulate distinct areas via the windows.

This resort will also feature a large spa area, a contention center, boutique shops, restaurants, a casino, a show theater, and a space-themed Global Meeting Place lounge. The multi-level Global Meeting Place lounge will boast a huge alien spaceship as a centerpiece.
Future Plans
While the company plans to build Moon resort in the coming 48 months. It means that the project will be complete by 2026-27 if its construction starts this year. Moreover, they have also proposed a plan for opening more resorts in Europe, North America, and Asia.
