The German company Dreametech will be presenting its new cleaning appliances, including the W10 Self-Cleaning Robot Vacuum and Mop at CES 2022. The W10 robot is designed to handle sweeping and mopping simultaneously.
The Dreame W10 robot measures 314 x 334 x 105.5mm while the self-cleaning base is 400 x 375 x 440mm. Thanks to the Dual rotating mop pads design – the robot can easily handle the cleaning task and automatically return to the base for charging, washing, and drying the mop pad after the cleaning job. It uses a front brush for sweeping and the rear dual mop pads for mopping. The vacuum has special carpet detection features to work with carpets better.
With 4Kpa suction power and self-cleaning ability, it makes house cleaning quite easy. Equipped with multiple motion sensors, vision positioning, and navigation algorithms, the Dreame W10 robot can record movements and build advanced maps for cleaning accuracy and autonomy. The cleaning map can be viewed in the Mi Home app and users can set cleaning time, switch operation modes with ease.
The Dreame W10 is equipped with a LiDAR sensor, which can scan up to 2,080 points per second with a scanning range of up to 8 m and an accuracy of 10 m. The LDS laser navigation technology measures the relative position of the boundary and the robot vacuum, making it possible to prepare the cleaning map easily.
The Dreame W10 robot will clean along the edge of a 4 x 4m area, then clean the inner part by S-shape path. Thereafter, it will clean all other areas in the house by the same principle. The robot will follow the most effective cleaning path to clean the area. Users can also schedule the robot for clean-up via the Mi Home app.

After cleaning, it will automatically return to the base for charging and washing the mopping pad. There is a 4L Clean and Dirty Water Tank in the unit, plus a separate dirt compartment.
The robotic vacuum cleaner comes with a 6400 mAh Li-Po battery that can be charged fully in about six hours. It will work for up to approx. 210 minutes in the Quiet Mode, and 60 minutes in the Turbo Mode. Dreametech’s W10 robot vacuum is distinguished by its self-cleaning mop feature. The onboard mop pads self-clean and dry up with hot air after the cleaning session.
