The Draper tiny house by Colorado-based RV company Land Ark RV is a gorgeous 30-foot-long mobile home fit for an individual or a couple. Exuding mid-century modern style, the Draper has a mudroom, a fold-out deck, clerestory windows, a loft bedroom, a big kitchen, a full bathroom, a snug living room, and plenty of storage. The minimalist layout of the tiny house on wheels is versatile and provides homelike comfort.
The black corrugated steel cladding exterior comes accompanied by a Cumaro fold-down deck made from renewable Brazilian hardwood. Measuring 7 x 14 feet, it extends the living space wherever you decide to park your mobile dwelling and can be raised or lowered with a manual winch in two minutes.
There are two entrances to the tiny house; one is the French doors opening into the kitchen, the other opening into the mudroom. The mudroom has plenty of closet space, built-in shelves, a washer and dryer unit, and an entryway bench. It is well-designed and perfect to take off your shoes, coats, and other things that might carry dirt into the living area.

A small hall leads to the main area from the mudroom. The bathroom of the Draper is tucked in this hallway, along with a custom oakwood ladder leading to the loft bedroom. The loft comes with large windows, a king-size mattress, built-in upper shelving, and a television outlet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, bathroom vent fan, vanity sink with mirror and built-in toiletry storage.
The kitchen and the living room are designed in a high-functional open-floor layout. The kitchen features a stainless steel LP gas cooktop and oven, a ventilation hood, a refrigerator, a stainless steel sink, custom acrylic lower cabinets, and upper open shelving with integrated LED counter lighting.

Since the Draper is a custom tiny house, the pricing of the dwelling is subject to change depending on the material and features you choose. Regardless, it is a beautiful, minimalist abode perfect for an individual or a couple.
