New Zealand-based Arohanui Tiny Homes has a handful of models to its credit that attract tiny house lovers with their functionality and aesthetics. Measuring 7.8 feet wide and 22.9 feet long, the Dome tiny house by the Kiwi manufacturer is a prime example of its aptness. With a stunning domed-shaped roof, the Dome tiny house on wheels is provided with a fold-down deck and off-grid capabilities, making it a steal at $94,000.
Built on a double-axle trailer, the micro-dwelling is easy to move around as it only weighs 3.9 tons. The Dome has a beautiful exterior in dual-tone board and batten. Its curved roof adds an eye-catching element, adding gentle fluidity harmonious with the natural surroundings. Moreover, it comes with its 8-foot fold-down deck allowing the residents to immerse themselves in the outdoor views.
There are two entrances to the micro-dwelling, one is the main door at the front and the other is through the French doors on the deck side. Inside, 236 feet of modern minimalistic luxury welcome you. Both doors open into the open living room, where built-in shelves and a wood-burning Salamander stove are located. It is spacious enough to fit a convertible sofa for additional sleeping accommodation.

A ladder is installed at the end of the living room to access the loft bedroom. It has a low ceiling but is flanked by windows to keep it bright and airy. Downstairs, the kitchen is slightly elevated from the living area. It is designed in a galley style where one side features a four-burner cooktop, oven, and sink with overhead and under-counter cabinets. The opposite side features a mini fridge, more counter space doubling as a dining area, and space for a washer/dryer unit.
A bathroom is past the kitchen. It has a shower, vanity sink, and composting toilet. To accommodate off-grid living, the Dome tiny house comes with fresh and gray water tanks and can be outfitted with solar panels.
