Pennsylvania-based tiny house builder Greenwood Tiny Homes left me impressed with the exquisite exterior it offered in the Monarch tiny house. Today, we’ll have a look at the company’s other build that is equally charming as the Monarch tiny home. Just like their previously introduced model, the Dogwood tiny house boasts an exterior that has stolen my heart.
But it’s neither the metal siding nor the wood accent that makes me sing praises of the particular tiny house. It is rather a rooftop deck that garnered my attention to cover the tiny house. The 24 feet long tiny house is available in white and green finishing with an LP SmartSiding exterior that layers the rock wool and spray foam insulation.
A corrugated metal roof caps the luxury vinyl tile flooring while the Shiplap walls that are painted white add a sense of sophistication and calmness to the space. The tiny house features white framed windows alongside a skylight that floods the interior with natural light. The Dogwood tiny house offers similar exterior styling to its other models but is topped by a rooftop deck area. Additionally, its interior boasts some enviable home comforts, such as a ladder with crank-lift to the loft and a wall-mounted ladder to the rooftop deck which is quite rare for a tiny house.
Visitors enter into the living room, which is arranged to maximize natural light, courtesy of window seating and a sofa. The living room also contains a dining table/work desk. Nearby is the kitchen of the Dogwood tiny house that includes an oak butcher block countertop, sink, cabinets, a wall-mounted TV, refrigerator, washer, gas oven with four-burner cooktop, and a microwave. The adjacent bathroom boasts a shower, toilet, vanity sink, and storage space.

The tiny house features two lofts, each functioning as a bedroom. The primary loft can be accessed via a storage-integrated staircase while the other loft is reached through a ladder with a crank-lift, as aforementioned. What’s intriguing is the fact that one of the lofts would feature a wall-integrated staircase that would lead to the deck area. We are not familiar with the price of the tiny house yet, but we estimate it to be well above $100K.
