There would hardly be a tiny house that measures a little above 20 feet long, features a main floor bedroom sans loft, and still accommodates a private room for a pet dog. To find one such home was a challenge, but having covered KJE Tiny Homes over the months, I exactly knew where to scour in search of one such cozy house on wheels. The California-based tiny house manufacturer has designed a micro dwelling dubbed Cove Cottage tiny house that truly lives up to its name.
The tiny house is mounted on a double-axle trailer and measures 24 feet long. The biggest highlight of the home is undeniably its interior, which includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an elevated bedroom with a cozy dog nook underneath. It is to be noted that the tiny house doesn’t feature any loft and still sleeps two people with ease in its main-floor bedroom.
We’d begin with the living room first. It is capacious but does not include any furnishing. We can however spot a closet that would help keep your clothes organized. The living room is quite open and paves the way to the two ends of the tiny house.
One end features an elevated bedroom that can be accessed via a few steps. The bedroom can be equipped with a king-size mattress that sleeps two. Meanwhile, if you have a pet dog, it can enjoy its own privacy underneath the elevated bedroom where you’ll find a door that conceals a cozy room for your pooch. Despite a small area, there is still designated and sufficient space for you and your pooch to live a comfy life.

On the opposite end of the bedroom is the kitchen and bathroom. The L-shaped kitchen is comparatively small yet packs all the basic amenities. Featuring overhead cabinets, shelves, a sink, an induction cooktop, and other essentials, the kitchen is predominantly functional.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom that squeezes in a toilet, a glass door shower, and a sink. Overall, the whole tiny house is comfy, cozy, and pretty functional.
