DIY Toilet Paper Roll Halloween Ghost
Start by painting the roll white, inside out. Once done, let it dry completely.
Then cut some long frills from toilet paper and glue or tape them to the inside of the roll at one end to create a tattered robe.
Next, paint googly eyes and a mouth using black paint or marker.
Once everything is done, glue to tape a hanging twine at the other end of the roll and hang it on a tree, by the window, on the front porch, or wherever you wish to add an eerie vibe.
Try this with your little ones this Halloween and let us know how it came out for you. Happy Halloween!
