How to Make Newspaper Ghost Garland at Home
Start by folding the newspaper into neat rectangles and draw a sheet ghost outline.
Then, carefully cut the sheet ghost outline. Since the newspaper is folded, you will get multiple ghost cutouts.
Now make more ghost cutouts.
Take each ghost and draw eyes and mouths on them.
For the last step, take a needle and thread and string the ghosts onto it.
And that is it! Your recycled newspaper ghost garland is complete and ready to adorn your walls.
