The living room has plenty of space to place a convertible couch for extra lodging. Next to the living room, an L-shaped kitchen features a four-burner cooktop, loads of overhead cabinets, an oven, stainless steel refrigerator, sizeable counter space, and more storage underneath. There are two bar serving areas; one at the kitchen counter and one on the opposite wall, which can be customized as a fold-out.

Outside the bathroom, storage-integrated stairs lead to the gooseneck bedroom at the end of the house. The bedroom has plenty of standing headroom, a big closet, and a queen-size bed.
