With a reputation of building the most spacious tiny houses with modern facilities, the Australia-based Iconic Tiny Homes has introduced a latest model, called the Daly tiny house. The single-level dwelling doesn’t lack in comfort, is quite spacious, and features contemporary amenities to make downsizing easier. Suited for two people, the micro-dwelling can accommodate four people, making it ideal for small families.
This tiny house on wheels measures 29 feet long, 7 feet wide, and 9 feet high, and boasts a simple exterior. Clad in Trucore engineered steel frame, cedar shiplap feature wall cladding, colorbond steel roof and wall cladding, the exterior has a sophisticated look. The aluminum low E-glass doors and windows are integrated with flyscreens and provide the house with enough illumination.
The interior with open plan layout is insulated to keep you warm on cold days. It has easycraft lining boards on walls and ceiling. White walls are elegant and hybrid timber laminate flooring complements the space nicely. The interior opens up to a welcoming living space, a kitchen on one end, a bathroom in the middle, and a bedroom on the other end.
The functional kitchen is bright with a long window. It has a U-shaped American oak timber countertop that also accommodates a breakfast bar next to a bi-fold window for outdoor views, so no meal is ever boring for you. There is a sink and an array of drawers and cabinets above and below. Providing ample space, the huge pantry is a reliable storage option for your cooking essentials like spices and herbs. Appliances include a refrigerator, a chimney, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave to complete the kitchen.
A relaxing living room has a sofa that could be turned into a sleeping couch in case some guests come over. There is a wall-mounted television for cuddly nights with loved ones. The living space has an air conditioner for regulated temperature. Comfort doubles with the large window in the living room that seamlessly brings the outdoor inside.

A walkthrough bathroom is adjacent to the living room and separates the bedroom. It is enclosed by a door and has a tiled shower, a vanity sink, a washer-dryer combo, and a toilet.
The bathroom has another door opening into a comfy bedroom with built-in wardrobes. It has two side tables for you to keep a table lamp or anything you would love to have by bedside. Designed with functionality and simplicity in mind, the Daly tiny house is priced at AUD 125,000, about $83,000.
