Often we stumbled upon tiny houses that feel like a traditional home, both in build and comfort. The Cypress tiny house by Canadian builder Rover Tiny Homes is designed to fit a family with all the classic elements of a regular dwelling. Albeit it sits on the bigger side of the industry. The tiny house on a foundation is outfitted with every comfort possible and leaves nothing to be desired. The Cypress tiny house can sleep up to eight people in its three-bedroom layout, allotted in a unique style.
Bright and beautiful, the micro-dwelling measures 44-foot-long and 12-foot-wide to offer capacious and functional spaces. With a 10-foot-high ceiling, the open-floor interior feels even more spacious and is divided into three sections.
The first section has an open-style living room and kitchen that keep the design flow maintained. Dotted with a myriad of big windows and French doors, the sun-bathed living room of the Cypress will put your current home’s living room to shame. It has a big convertible couch, a coffee table, a couple of lounge chairs, and side tables.
The feature-packed kitchen is adjacent and has a cooking section and island. The kitchen is outfitted with an induction cooktop, quartz countertops, a refrigerator, range hood, oven, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and plenty of overhead and under-counter cabinets.

Down the hall from the kitchen is the second section approachable by a secondary entrance. Here you have a bathroom, a short flight of stairs, and a closet. The bathroom has a vanity sink, a bathtub, a stackable washer/dryer unit, and a toilet.
Outside, the stairs lead to the loft bedrooms. The secondary loft is accessible via a fixed ladder and is located above the bathroom. It can be used as a playroom for kids or as a guest bedroom.
The third section of the house is taken up by the primary loft and a ground-floor bedroom. The ground-floor bedroom has a drop ceiling to accommodate standing height in the loft overhead. This dropped space is utilized to create cozy sleeping nooks with twin beds. The room is big enough to be used as a primary bedroom as well. It can fit a king-size bed, a closet, and a couple of nightstands.

Combined, the Cypress tiny house can sleep eight people with ease. It is a beautiful home that can accommodate a big or a small family with room to grow. Priced at CAD 199,900 (roughly $150,000), this tiny house surely comes at a bargain price given its sheer size and housing capacity.
