Nevertheless, we brought it to you so you can still read about this amazing home and dream of living in a similar one. But, what made this $92K tiny house so special? Well, its construction focuses on green building practices, evident in its interior and exterior which features furnishing and siding made of reclaimed materials. Despite using reclaimed materials for construction, the tiny home has modern amenities for a comfortable and eco-friendly lifestyle.
Dubbed Craftsman tiny house, the mobile home comes poised on a double-axle trailer. “The trailer is fully registered and licensed as a Trailer Coach with the DMV, ensuring legal compliance and ease of transport,” mentions Phil Raoul, who had listed the tiny home for sale on Tiny House Marketplace.
This compact yet spacious dwelling measures 24 feet long, eight feet wide, and offers 192 square feet of living space. Access to the dwelling is gained via a glass door that lets fresh air inside. The tiny home is also outfitted with a gaggle of windows, allowing light to brighten the space. You’ll find a fully functional kitchen, living room, loft bedroom, and bathroom.
The kitchen is outfitted with full-sized appliances, ideal for any cooking enthusiast. The kitchen features a propane gas range, a full-sized Whirlpool refrigerator, a Broan range hood, and a Rinnai propane tankless water heater that ensures a continuous hot water supply. To offer smooth ventilation, the maker has accoutered a Panasonic Whisper Fit bath fan that keeps the space cool and moisture-free.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room of the tiny house. It is furnished with a couch that converts into a full-sized guest bed sleeping two people. Overall, the home sleeps four people, with the loft area accommodating two more. Speaking of the loft, it is accessed via a ladder and features a skylight for ventilation purposes.
The tiny home features drawers and shelves, maximizing every inch of space. As aforementioned, it is built with reclaimed material, evident in the stylish interior that boasts solid oak floors and a mix of redwood and other species for the ceiling and siding, with all finishes applied using natural tung oil to avoid synthetic stains and varnishes.

On a little downside, there is no toilet inside the home and the dwellers would have to buy a portable toilet on their own.
