From tiny houses that are custom-made to ones that are ready to move in, we have seen them all. Noticeable is that some builders choose to add functional off-grid elements, while others stick with a minimalistic approach and keep it downright simple. Preserving the essence, we bring to you the Cozy Cottage by The Get Out House with a gaggle of windows.
This cozy cottage is highly-strategic in terms of the use of floor space. Built with new Hampshire pine, the cottage hides a bump-out rear garage for storage. It sits on a dual-axle trailer with underneath steel sheathing. Complementing the overall look, brown horizontal pattern panes the exterior for a rustic appeal.
Upon entrance, you are greeted with a spacious living room. To give this space a generous look, it is adorned with many windows and comes with a small sofa. The living room sits directly under a small loft which can be used for decoration or storage purposes. A dining nook nestled between the living room and the kitchen features a table with two or three seats.
The Cozy Cottage uses multiple windows, almost 12, to add an abundance of natural light throughout the house. These windows of varied shapes and sizes seamlessly integrate with the overall look of the house.
A well-lit and smartly designed kitchen faces opposite the living room. A microwave, propane gas countertop range, and a refrigerator are a part of its cooking area embellished with Quartz countertops and a tiled backsplash.

The Get Out Home’s Cozy Cottage has a massive wooden staircase leading to the huge loft bedroom. This bedroom boasts enough space for a large mattress and built-in cabinets. Two large windows on the sides keep the room well-lit and aid with adequate air circulation.
A traditional-style bathroom with a vanity and multiple drawers lies adjacent to the kitchen. Amazingly, it features a heated floor which can be controlled by a thermostat. The customized toilet and tiled shower area provide a touch of nuance to the bathroom. The initial model of the Cozy Cottage is sold out, however, the company vouches to provide a similar tiny house, in the preferred color and finish, for $93,500.
