The tiny house movement has helped in the emergence of many builders trying their best to deliver well-constructed portable houses. California-based family-run KJE Tiny Homes is one such builder. The latest offering from the company is the Coral tiny house. It is a custom 35 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 13.6 feet high micro-dwelling that has both RV and NOAH certification.
Built on a triple axle trailer, the Coral tiny house has a great exterior. It has dual pane windows, a metal roof, R13 insulation in walls, and R19 insulation in floor and ceiling. The exterior is painted in coral color, hence the name. The window and door frames are white, adding a nice contrast to the facade.
The Coral tiny house has an L-shaped kitchen with granite counters and appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven. The deep sink is on the right side of the countertop. There is a good number of cabinets above and below the counters to store kitchen essentials. The living room features a fold-down table and can be accessorized with additional furniture as preferred by the owner.
The house has two mini split systems for cooling and heating, making it an ideal small abode to live in any weather. The house features two bedrooms. The main bedroom is in the gooseneck and has a standing height and is integrated with his and her closets apart from offering a queen bed platform. It has storage in both the interior and exterior walls of it.

The Coral tiny house can also be used as a retirement home, vacation house, weekend home, or Airbnb rental property. The builder last offered this model for sale at a price tag of $125,000.

It looks good, is there full kitchen ?
If one can generate income by cooking or baking ? That will make it more attractive. If the local law rules & regulation don’t create problems? This can be great business model. Live and work in same space. I need one at scenic location, please , how much does it cost ? Do you get all approvals etc ?
