The Clodette Chair designed by Alex Leuzinger of Studioforma is a modern seat with elegant details and rounded lines. Developed in collaboration with Christian Fischbacher, it is a spherical lounge chair inspired by the memories of the designer’s childhood.
The Clodette Chair has an oversized spherical form that aims to revive old memories of the time when most of the furniture and elements were large in size. Each unit is made up of a number of segments that are assembled together to form a sphere. The blank front of the sphere makes a seat, back, and armrests of the chair.

The Clodette chair is upholstered in a soft, white fabric that complements the chair’s cloud-like form. It looks like a mini pod that can accommodate a person comfortably. There are no legs in the chair for an even more contemporary feel.
