Hauslein Tiny Homes will be hosting an Open Day at their foundry in Heron’s Creek on June 29. During the event, the New South Wales-based company is set to unveil its brand new model the Chipper tiny house. The ingeniously designed tiny home not only offers a shelter to the dweller but a lifestyle by catering to the needs of the occupants with unmatched comfort and elegance.
Fully transportable and road registrable, the Chipper tiny house comes with its own VIN number, ensuring compliance and ease of movement. Measuring 16.4 feet long and 8.2 feet wide, the tiny home is built on a double-axle trailer that features high-end Al-Ko axles, promising reliability and longevity. Every aspect of the Chipper’s construction exudes quality and craftsmanship. “From its steel frame to the Stramit SharpLine Architectural Cladding and Lunawood feature cladding, every material has been carefully selected for durability and aesthetic appeal,” the maker told Homerux.
To accentuate the exterior, Sarah Rohdich and her team have used Premium G.James windows and double doors with tempered glass that invite natural light and offer panoramic views, while European oak benches and birch ply lining boards add a touch of luxury to the interior. Speaking of the interior, it is unlike other tiny houses in Hauslein catalog and features a living room that doubles as a bedroom. It also include a compact kitchen and a snug bathroom.
Despite its compact size, the interior of the Chipper has a queen-size bed bunk in the living space with a sofa underneath, TV, and multi-purpose table. The builder has accoutered the interior with LED strip lighting to illuminate the space, creating a cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation and leisure.
Adjacent to the bedroom is the kitchen. It is equipped with a sink, induction cooktop, and ample storage space. Not to mention, soft-close drawers, high-quality fixtures, and under-sink pull-out bins ensure convenience without compromise. Overall, the kitchen caters to the culinary needs of its occupants with ease.
At the far end is the bathroom of the micro-dwelling. Elegant and functional, the bathroom features a traditional flush toilet, glass shower door, and ceramic sink. Together, these elements offer a serene retreat within the confines of its compact design.
