Pronouncing the name of the beautiful red Chicamacomico tiny house may be a task, but admiring the nifty design and grace of this mobile dwelling comes easily. Designed by Ohio-based builder Modern Tiny Living, the 20 ft. Chicamacomico tiny house on wheels is based on the Mohican model by the builder. Squeezed in its 230 sq. ft. interior are the basic necessities for a comfortable life.
This compact dwelling is perfect for a weekend getaway, a guest house in the backyard, or a permanent residence for a travel-loving couple. The stunning fire truck red exterior is a sight to behold, with a white trim glass door entrance. Inside, a cozy living room is outfitted with a custom bookcase and convertible couch bed with storage underneath.
A foldable table next to the couch is installed for eating and working purposes, with a couple of floating shelves overhead. Opposite it, a storage-integrated staircase with railing leads to the king-size loft, which features plenty of space for a big bed, bookcases, and a couple of nightstands.
Past the living room, a long stainless steel countertop serves as a breakfast bar with space for chair storage beneath. The breakfast bar merges with the kitchen countertops. The compact kitchen has a sink, red cabinets matching the exterior of the house, floating shelves, a mini fridge, and a custom cooktop. Opposite the cooking area is a partially hidden closet for hanging clothes or storing other essentials.
