Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living (MTL) is on a mission to give people the ultimate experience of downsizing with its comfortable and practical tiny house models. The company’s latest mobile house, Cerceaux tiny house is based on MTL’s popular model the Point and it aims to provide the utmost comfort and efficiency even in a compact space. The dwelling brings back the elevated living room and is ideal as a weekend getaway or a snug full-time residence for two people.
This tiny house sits on a 20 feet, double-axel trailer and features a sophisticated exterior clad in LP vertical siding and a gable profile. Highlighting its minimalistic beauty are the windows and an entry door with white frames. The interior has vinyl flooring and captivates the eye with its subtle aesthetic. It has a well-thought-out layout and seamless functionalities to facilitate full-time living.
Surprisingly, after a couple of models forgoing MTL’s signature elevated living area, the Cerceaux brings the beloved and practical space back. Other than the living room, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a loft bedroom are included in the dwelling.
As you enter, the first thing you notice is the living space. It is accessed via storage-integrated stairs with racks on the sides. The U-shaped sitting area with storage drawers and under-floor storage makes it a perfect space. Not just that, the sofa can also be converted into a double bed for guests. Neutral color tones, lighting, and encompassing bay windows elevate the vibe of the spot.
Adjacent is a full-fledged kitchen. Despite space constraints, it fits a countertop, a sink, blue under-counter and overhead cabinets, adding a striking feature in the kitchen. There are appliances such as a cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, a range hood, and a washer-dryer unit tucked in its designated spot. The extended countertop makes a dinette area for two.

The loft bedroom can be accessed via storage-integrated stairs with brown maple handrails. The loft is roomy enough for a king-size bed and extra storage. Some windows keep the room bright and inviting.
Other features include an AC and a tankless water heater for added comfort. The Cerceaux tiny house is simple and elegant, supporting minimalistic living with top-notch amenities. It is a good option for those who want to downsize to a comfortably compact abode.
