Aussie Tiny Houses is one of the finest builders in the tiny home manufacturing community Down Under. Fabio Paulucci and his team have been making sustainable and affordable houses that offer comfort, style, and convenience to the user. While the company’s recent build Coogee left us thoroughly impressed, we couldn’t ignore Yaroomba either. Another tiny house by the Aussie manufacturer that has stirred our curiosity is Casuarina 9.0, and we have to admit it’s spacious and beautiful to eternity.
Measuring nearly 30 feet, the tiny house has a living room, ground-floor bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft. Users can access the interior of the tiny house via a sliding door that additionally allows fresh air to pass in. Upon entering inside, you are welcomed into the living room featuring a sofa that can seat three people. Massive glazing next to the sofa allows plenty of natural light.
Adjacent to the sofa is the kitchen of the tiny house. The kitchen has enough space for mounting overhead cabinets and accommodating a full-height fridge, a pull-out pantry, and a generous bench. Best suited for a small family, the kitchen offers a spacious room for dining, courtesy of a multifunction bench bar, that can be used as a study as well. In addition, we also have the pull-out pantry (as aforementioned) alongside the stainless steel built-in oven, cooktop with two burners, and sink.
My favorite part in the Casuarina 9.0 is the large enclosed ground-level bedroom. I always love it when tiny house manufacturers add a bedroom on the ground level. I feel as you grow older, it is more difficult to access the loft area, and even troublesome at times if you want to access the bathroom during night time. With a ground-floor bedroom packed inside, it’s easier to ingress the bathroom area.

The Casuarina tiny house also has double built-in wardrobes and a central bathroom. Accessed via the kitchen and living room, the wide bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet. There is plenty of space for storage and shelving options. Not to mention, a small storage loft above the bathroom for housing miscellaneous items.
