Measuring 28 feet long and 10 feet wide, the Cambria tiny house is a modest and minimalistic dwelling that ensures full comfort in a compact layout. It is built by KJE Tiny Homes, a California construction company, which has put a lot of effort into making this simple tiny house into a fully functional, off-grid living unit.
Cambria tiny house is built on a triple-axle trailer and has an attractive exterior clad in cedar and metal siding. It features a color block pattern where the middle portion is painted brown and the sides are black. This combination amplifies the otherwise rustic body into a contemporary finish.
The interior has a tidy, clutter-free layout with plenty of windows making the space bright and airy. The all-white interior beautifully compliments the green accent walls, which is an intriguing feature of the space comprising a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The stylized kitchen is the entry point of the tiny house where a countertop, a cooktop, a microwave, a sink, and a chimney complete the look. Beyond the appliances, the kitchen is filled with cabinets and drawers so you’re never short of storage space. Next to the kitchen is an empty space which is not essentially the living area but can accommodate a chair and a table you can use as a dinette or a workstation.
Just adjacent, a staircase leads to a storage-integrated loft bedroom. The bedroom is light-filled and ventilated and has provision for an air-conditioner. It fits a queen-size bed with ease. Interestingly, the thoughtful space under this loft bedroom is the hidden storage enclosed within a wooden sliding door.
Another roomy loft on the other side of the kitchen is located above the bathroom, it is reachable via a ladder and is capacious to accommodate a king-size bed. The bathroom below has a glass-enclosed shower, a sink vanity, and a composting toilet.
Cambria tiny house can come with additional features such as a propane hot water heater and a solar system with a battery pack. The composting toilet can be replaced with a flushing toilet if required. The tiny house is retailing for $115,000 with solar included.
