Located in Hidden Hills, California, the gorgeous mansion that spans over 18,000 sq. ft. on 3 acres of land has been placed on the market for $26.5 million. This huge property hosts rustic elements blended with modern and geometric designs throughout the estate.
Besides the various exquisite features of the mansion including a wine cellar, a fitness studio, and a massage room with an indoor heated pool, the vast estate boasts of a six-car garage, a full-sized tennis court, a large patio with a fire pit, a pool, and an organic garden with fruit trees.
Designed by Brian Lerman of L.A.-based ARC Design Group, the six-bedroom, 11-bath Craftsman-style mansion with a Star Wars-themed basement has rising ceilings, hardwood and tile floors, and plenty of large windows.
The mansion is adorned with warm modern characteristics such as large stone slab fireplaces, stunning clerestory windows, wrought iron detailing, and unique chandeliers. The kitchen features limestone countertops, two large islands, wood-paneled cabinetry, SubZero, and Wolf appliances.
However, the cherry on the top is its enormous 5,000 sq. ft. Star Wars-themed basement. Valued in multi-millions, it hosts 40 life-sized replicas of the cast from the franchise, a “cantina bar”, and a home theater with a 19 ft. screen that is adorned with Star Wars-themed motifs.
The basement comprises a museum-like exhibit of merchandise, one-of-a-kind art commissions, and props from the famous movie series. It has a Star Cade machine and foosball table, and a pillar with five rows embellished with custom-made Stormtrooper helmets, alongside a 74-Z speeder bike. In the lounge area of the basement, a model of an X-Wing is hanging from the ceiling. Replicas of Clone Commander Gree, Master Yoda, and a Stormtrooper are placed by a wall of highly collectible Star Wars toys, while much-beloved R2D2 and C-3PO are stationed outside the theater.

The estate is equipped with a 24 kW solar system with propane generator backup. It also holds the area’s only stargazing observatory equipped with a high-tech telescope. This mansion is a perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and imagery of a galaxy far, far away.
This absolutely stunning mansion with an exquisite Star Wars-Themed basement is being represented by The Agency. Unfortunately, the drool-worthy merchandise in the basement is not included in the $26.5 million price tag. Although, it is being sold separately for an additional, undisclosed price.
