As Halloween stretches near, the internet has started to amass with bizarre Halloween decorations. Some DIYers are making giant skeletons to display in their yard, while others are adorning their homes with cute pumpkins. Despite subtle décor being the heart of Halloween, we come across instances when Halloween décor goes a little overboard.
A recent example is that of a mind-boggling display where two folks John and Matt put a house on fire. The display was put on in Glenn Falls, New York, and looked so realistic that it prompted the neighbors to call the fire department. Causing quite a stir among firefighters and locals, the ‘firesome’ Halloween display turned out to be a prank.
The notorious mind of John and Matt perfected the burning house Halloween display using LED lights, sheets, a box fan, and a fog machine. “Tonight crews were dispatched to the area of Sanford St for a report of a confirmed structure fire. To our surprise, this was an amazing Halloween decoration. This display will be up Friday and Saturday nights for public entertainment until the end of the month,” stated the Glenn Fall Firefighters authorities.

The Glenn Fall Firefighters were later wooed by the amazing Halloween display and also went on to post the video on Facebook where it garnered a lot of attraction. While the display didn’t go well with some people, others saw the funny side of the story. “I just want to know where they got the decorations so I can get them to spook my landlord,” commented one Facebook user.
