We all have seen birdhouses nestled in the trees, and been so intrigued by them, but have you ever thought of living in one yourself? That sounds like a maddening fantasy. However, this bizarre idea has been now brought to life. i29 Architects and Namo Architecture have joined hands to create the whimsical Buitenverblijf Nest tiny house, at the Hoge Veluwe National Park, Netherlands. Don’t be dissuaded by this tiny folly, since it’s not created just for an aesthetic show, but is truly livable and smartly furnished. A family of four can comfortably spend their holidays in this tiny house, and make memories for a lifetime to cherish.
You will find Buitenverblijf Nest tiny house amidst the trees, waving gently, brushing against the nest. To give this abode its unique architectural status, the builders have done a tremendous job elevating a three-layered structure, 24.6-feet from the ground using slender black legs. They have made sure to keep it on the good side of nature, sturdy, and packed with comfort.
Its bamboozled exterior is built using only the finest of materials. The roof is clad in solar panels, to make the house run on renewable energy. The exterior is lined with eye-catching circular porthole windows, and a wall-to-wall sliding entrance door. These generous additions of windows make it easy for you to connect with nature. Its birdhouse-like structure makes you feel like a bird resting in a snuggly nest. The spiral stairs welcome you to the front-facing deck, which accommodates seating to enjoy a moment of peace and joy.
