This avocado haven is a brainchild of three Italian men. The operations manager Francesco Brachetti tasted avocado for the first time while he was living in Mexico and he instantly fell in love with this fruit. “Avocados in Mexico were delicious and widely used in many different dishes. Suddenly I was having avocado everyday: I loved the healthy and tasty characteristic of this super fruit,” said Francesco.
In the past few years, this green fruit has literally become a trend and loved by many people around the world. The avocado only menu is the first of its kind in the world and the brilliant chef Alberto Gramini plans to bring international flavor to different avo-recipes.
The guys at the avocado bar have teamed up with an organic, sustainable farm in Michoacán, Mexico for all their fruit supply.
