Who does not love a few hidden surprises, and what better to have them in your own tiny house? Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses’ Bradford is filled with features that are unusual for a tiny home. It boasts gorgeous interiors and a layout with many off-beat features added to make it stand out from the rest.
Bradford’s tiny house is based on a triple-axle trailer and measures 26 ft (7.9 m) long. The exterior is dual-toned with multiple white-paneled windows and combines corrugated metal and cedar siding. The rear end of the house has an exterior storage closet.
The floor plan inside seems to be such that the house seamlessly integrates into one, yet the spaces within maintain their distinction. The house stays off-grid, thanks to the solar panels that are hooked up to batteries stored in the bathroom closet.
One gains entry through a small raised platform which directly leads into the kitchen. To the left is a beautifully done living room with a soft pink elegant couch. An elevated bed which operates on an electric winch and is controlled with a switch sits right above the couch.
To add that touch of entertainment, an Epson projector is mounted behind the nearby window that works with a pull-down screen in the kitchen. The kitchen is simple and well done with modern appliances to let you cook a decent meal. You will see no open shelves instead plenty of wooden storage cabinets are placed in here for that extra space.

A large counter and breakfast bar separates the living room and kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a storage area that contains a utility cupboard and a washer/dryer. A cozy and functional bathroom is snuggled right away and has a flushing toilet, sink, and vanity. Surprisingly a jacuzzi-style jetted tub with an LED screen and music player is fitted here.
Above this sits a spacious sleeping loft that can be accessed through a storage-integrated staircase that lies opposite the kitchen. Topped by a large skylight and storage area, the space has two wide windows for aiding proper ventilation. Bradford 26′ tiny house lets you stay off-grid but in style and is roughly priced at roughly US$119,000.
