Boxabl’s latest build is an ultra-compact dwelling for two people, called Baby Box tiny house. It is towable by a pickup truck and has a foldable awning at the front. With this unit, you can experience the ultimate tiny lifestyle with a starting price of $20,000.
The Baby Box is the ultimate solution for every need: it can be used for disaster relief, workforce housing, community projects, as a studio apartment or an ADU. Inside, the Baby Box tiny house is insulated and has vinyl flooring. With up to 120 square feet of living space, it is outfitted with the amenities of a quintessential tiny house such as a kitchen, versatile living area, and a bathroom. You enter into a living area that transforms into a cozy sleeping spot.
This space has a comfortable sofa bed that easily unfolds into a bed. There is also a wall-mounted TV (which does not come with the house, you will have to get one on your own), minimal shelves, and a setup of two chairs and a dining table.
The bathroom is next to the living area/bedroom. Enclosed by a glass door, the bathroom has a shower, a marine-style toilet with a foot-operated flush, a vanity sink, a towel bar with hooks, and plenty of storage. There is a skylight above the shower for bathing under the stars.

Next is the kitchen. It is equipped with a laminated countertop and cabinets above and below. It also features appliances such as a cooktop, mini refrigerator, and microwave. This unit comes equipped with 9,000 BTU ductless AC for heating and cooling. Across the kitchen, there is a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors.
The maker has constructed Baby Box tiny house with thoughtful amenities such as a 6-gallon electric water heater, 12V on-demand water pump, hot/cold shower, water and waste tanks. You can connect to power with an extension cord and to water with a garden hose. There are safety features that make the unit more reliable such as a smoke/CO2 alarm, fire extinguisher, fire escape window, and a deadbolt lock on the entrance.
