Every year, CES brings us a treasure trove of innovative technologies, and this is true even in the case of the fitness and health tracking category. In the last few events, post-pandemic especially, we have seen a surge in at-home health monitoring gadgets including smart mirrors and app-controlled mattresses. CES 2025 was no different. As the trend for health monitoring at home evolves with wearables and connected devices to track health metrics, some fitness and health-tracking devices made ripples at the biggest tech event. Here are five of them for your knowledge:
Withings Omnia Smart Mirror
French electronics company Withings launched Omnia AI-powered smart mirror that helps in monitoring your full body health. The mirror performs a 360-degree scan of your body and finds metrics like weight, heart, and lung health among other parameters to provide you with an overview of your health. The mirror also pairs with other Withings smartwatches, smart scales, blood pressure monitors, and even sleep trackers to bring together all the data via the companion mobile app. It also comes with an AI voice assistant that relays back to the user personalized recommendations based on the collected health metrics.
AI Motion Pillow
South Korean company 10 Minds has come up with an AI Motion Pillow that positions the sleeper’s head properly to prevent snoring. It combines advanced AI technology with premium memory foam to improve sleep patterns. The pillow monitors sleep in real-time and inflates the onboard air pockets to adjust the head position to help the user breathe better and stop snoring.

With an onboard battery, the Shanmu S1 can run for two months on a single charge and can also be plugged into a power source.
KingSmith WalkingPad
KingSmith showcased its folding fitness equipment: treadmills and rowers at the 2025 CES that intend to make exercising accessible at home. On display were the WalkingPad treadmill meant to fold and slide neatly under the sofa and a TriFold water rower that collapses into a compact cube. The MX16+, X214, and X218 treadmill models feature QuickFold side handles, while the Z3 Series of treadmills come with a 15-degree tilted EasyView display. The company’s WM10 rowing machine combines water and magnetic resistance in a single unit for a better full-body workout.
Hormometer by Eli Health
Eli Health launched the Hormometer at CES 2025, which lets you test your hormones in real-time just like you can test your heart rate with a compatible smartwatch. It utilizes your saliva for hormone tracking and you can use your smartphone to analyze the metrics. The health-tracking gadget provides actionable health insights based on hormone analysis directly on your phone. Currently, it can be used for cortisol, progesterone, and duo tests.
