I am genuinely impressed by the work Decathlon Tiny Homes put into its models. Whether it is cladding the exterior with Pacific cedar or using luxury vinyl flooring inside, the Texas-based tiny house builder has perfected the art of making a tiny house. One of its recent creations, the Amore tiny house caught my eye and I decided to bring it to your screens, too.
Measuring 32 feet long, the Amore tiny house is built on a triple-axle trailer and boasts a shingle roof. Visitors enter the kitchen in the center of the home which contains a cabinet, countertop, and an array of appliances including a fridge, cooktop, and microwave. The kitchen is accoutered with a gaggle of drawers and overhead cabinets.
There is a living area nearby. It isn’t furnished with chairs or tables, as in most tiny house cases. But if you’ve been following the work of Decathlon, it’s one of its trademarks to keep the living room empty for owners to customize it themselves. The living room then leads to the downstairs bedroom of the house. Featuring a bed with underneath storage and a closet with drawers, the mail-floor area sleeps two people comfortably.

On the opposite end of the bedroom is the bathroom of the tiny house, which has a shower, sink, toilet, and vanity. Above the bathroom lies the loft bedroom of the house. Access to the space is gained via a ladder. The Amore flaunts a typical low-ceiling loft with a small window. It doesn’t boast as much space as other lofts by its contemporaries but can fit a couple of sleepers.
Overall, the Amore tiny house sleeps four people in total. For those curious about how this tiny house draws power, Decathlon Tiny Homes uses a standard RV-style hookup and includes a propane-powered water heater.
