The Allure O’ Dot coffee table is designed by multidisciplinary Italian designer Monica Armani for B&B Italia. She employed an interplay of elliptical geometric shapes to bring out a sculptural quality to the selection of high and low coffee tables. The table showcases a distinct contemporary design fit for modern household. It is an amalgamation of glamor and architecture where the table exudes sophistication in a minimalistic design.
The shape of the base and the top give the tables an eye-catching character inspired by the 2021 collection of the Allure O’ tables by the designer. The tapering conical base and lenticular top with round and soft contours add a geometric touch to the furniture.
“For the Allure O’ table collection, which has become iconic, I designed a new version of bistro, coffee and side tables. I called them Allure O’ Dot because their glass top is marked with a central graphic inspired by the 1960s. The colour, the sign and the shapes make up a collection of objects with many souls, for all situations. Objects that are always protagonists,” shared Monica Armani.
The base of the Allure O’ Dot is formed in hard lacquered polyurethane that gives the base a glossy finish and the table top in tempered glass and steel frame. The transparent and smoky tabletops with the central silk-screening element make the furniture stand out with a modern elegance.
