Whether you are an amateur designer or a recent graduate in design, it is time to start contemplating whether to apply for positions at reputed design firms or start your own studio. Here is a balanced perspective that may help you make a sound decision. There is no harm in garnering some experience with a big design firm as the experience you gain with a reputable organization is invaluable. However, it’s equally important that you stay relevant in the design industry. To help you in the endeavor comes A’ Design Award & Competition.
